Job Center — Bulletin Board
An open.mp roleplay server, built from scratch, by someone who actually wants to build it. No inherited codebase. No framework you didn't choose.
Mission Briefing
I run infrastructure for a living — VPS in the EU, self-hosted everything, no interest in cutting corners. What's missing is a gamemode. I'm not a strong enough Pawn dev to build the RP server I actually want to play on, so I'm looking for someone who is.
Objective
Build an open.mp RP gamemode — your creative direction, your systems, your call on what makes it good. I hold final veto, but I'm not looking to micromanage.
Location
My private GitHub repo — you get push access and submit PRs, I review and merge. Your own dev server, fully sandboxed, to build and test in without limits.
Reward
Real infrastructure behind it, permanently. No pressure to monetize. No pay-to-win. It's yours to build right.
System Status
This isn't "I have a laptop and an idea." The infrastructure exists today, and it's not shared, oversold, or a free host that'll nuke the server for using too much RAM.

Corrections & Questions
This is not free web hosting for your own unrelated project. I'm not running this on a free host — it's my own VPS, and it's specifically for the RP gamemode described above. If you're looking for free hosting for something else entirely, this isn't that.
No. Fork something if you want a head start, or start from a blank file. Entirely your call — I have no attachment to any particular base.
Not by default — this is a passion project and I'm upfront about that. If the server ever generates income and you want a cut for your ongoing work, that's genuinely on the table and negotiable. Nobody's getting rich off an open.mp server, but I'm not going to pretend your time is worth nothing either.
Not unrestricted. You get push access to submit pull requests, but I read, review, and approve every merge myself. Same story with the server: you get full, unrestricted access to a separate dev instance to build and test in, but live deploys go through me.
Then you stop, no hard feelings, and I find someone else to continue it. No contracts, no obligations beyond what feels good to both of us while it's happening.
A lot. Economy systems, factions, RP mechanics — I've got opinions and I'll share them, but this is meant to be something you want to build, not a spec you're executing against.
